You can also replace wipers manually without the service position:

1. Lift the blades about 5 cm off the glass.

2. Pivot the wiper and slide the cap off.

3. Remove the old wiper and clip in the new one.

This method takes around 30 seconds, while using the service position may take slightly longer but can simplify the process.

For best performance, clean your windscreen and wipers every few weeks using warm soapy water, then wipe with rubbing alcohol to remove debris.

While ceramic coating might sound appealing, it can sometimes cause haze, squeaks, squeals, shudders, or clicking noises when using your wipers. Our advice: avoid coating your windscreen.
